These License Terms (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "You") and CityStock ("Licensor" or "We") regarding the use of the content provided by CityStock (the "Content"). By obtaining a license and using the Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Grant of License

CityStock grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable license to use the Content in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. License Duration

The license granted to you is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of your purchase. During this period, you are permitted to use the Content in your projects.

3. Non-Transferability

You acknowledge that the license is non-transferrable, and you may not sell, transfer, assign, or sub-license the Content to any third party.

4. Not-for-Resale

You agree that you shall not sell, resell, or distribute the Content in any manner, including but not limited to incorporating the Content into products for sale.

5. Restricted Usage

The Content provided by CityStock cannot be used in any potentially sensitive subject matter, including, but not limited to, political use, slander, mental and physical health issues, social issues, sexual or implied sexual activity or preferences, substance abuse, crime, physical or mental abuse or ailments, or any other subject matter that would be reasonably likely to be offensive or unflattering to any person reflected in the licensed Content.

6. Not for Print Use

You are not permitted to use the Content for any print media, except as explicitly allowed in your license agreement.

7. CityStock's Right to Take Down Content

CityStock reserves the right to arbitrarily require customers to take down the Content and/or remove it from circulation for any reason, with a full refund provided to the Licensee.

8. Content Usage

a. Standard 1 Year (Digital Use): The license allows usage of the Content in digital media such as websites, social media, digital news/editorial, digital presentations, PDFs, screensavers, and digital marketing/advertisements.

b. Enhanced 1 Year (Digital Use & Basic Print): The license permits usage of the Content in digital media, as well as in basic print media, including posters, banners (excluding billboards), magazines, brochures, flyers, and books.

c. Custom: If the standard or enhanced licenses do not meet your requirements, you may contact us to discuss a custom license.

9. Disclaimers

a. Logos, Names, Murals, and Artwork: The Content may contain logos, names, murals, and artwork, which are not affiliated with CityStock. We make no attempt to claim any association with these companies, artists, or individuals. The logos, names, murals, and artwork have not been removed from CityStock's media. It is your responsibility to consult your legal advisor if you have any questions about the legality of your usage of the Content.

10. General

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CityStock concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and oral representations.

b. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

c. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

By purchasing the license and using the Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these License Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Content.
